How to Find the Best Sticker Manufacturer: 5 Expert Tips for Success

I have been selling stickers for over six years, and about six months ago, I had to start looking for a new sticker company. There are so many sticker manufacturers out there, and choosing one can be hard. Here are five tips for finding a good manufacturer:

  1. Cost: Cost is always a big consideration as you don't want to spend a small fortune on stickers. Look for a manufacturer that uses coupons and runs sales. Unless you know that a design will sell really well, look for low quantity amounts. There is nothing fun about spending $100 or more on stickers that don't sell. I have many stickers left over years later.

  2. Quality: Quality is super important. Customers don't want to wash their water bottle in the dishwasher and find their sticker falling apart. When looking at websites, seek out words like durable, weatherproof, and dishwasher safe. I have tested many stickers on my car windows and coffee mugs to try them out.

  3. Variety: Look for a variety of materials to fit your needs. You may want clear and glossy stickers. It is nice to be able to order both from the same site. Most manufacturers offer many different materials, and it can be really fun. It can also be overwhelming, so try out one or two materials to start with. It is also okay to order from multiple sites depending on what you are looking for.

  4. Shipping and Turnaround: Shipping and turnaround time are also important to consider. While it does take time for production, you don't want to be waiting weeks for your stickers to arrive. You may want to consider ordering from a company that is closer to where you live.

  5. Your Values: Your values may not seem like something to consider, but you may want to. Consider if you want to support a female-owned company. You may want stickers made in the US. You may want stickers that use eco-friendly inks and recycled materials. Whatever your values are, there is sure to be a company to match.
